1. How long does shipping take?

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM GMT (London time)
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday)
After your order is processed, it is handed off to the shipping carrier.

Estimated Transit Time: 4–7 business days (Monday through Friday)
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on carrier performance or external factors.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We Provide Free shipping for all orders within the  United Kingdom

3. What is your return policy?

We have 30 days Return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a returns.

4. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You can expect to receive the funds within 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our shipping zones in the future.

6.  Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order after placing it. To do so, please email us as soon as possible at support@zinniafairfax.com with your order number and a request to cancel.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. However, once it arrives, you’re welcome to initiate a return under our 30-day return policy.
